Types of Moves

– A Standard Move usually involves employees primarily working out of private offices with few, if any, cubicles.

– Move includes 60-75% of current furniture, all desktop technology, all normal office contents (desks/bookcases/credenza contents), files, supplies, standard firm-owned artwork.  

– Majority of furniture is understood to be free-standing.

– The following furniture installation services are included: detach/reattach desk “L units”, disassemble/reassemble conference tables or other large tables, disassemble/reassemble storage room shelving, remove wall-hung whiteboards, etc.

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions.

– Move includes 90%+ of current furniture, all desktop technology, server room equipment, all office contents (desks/bookcases/credenza contents), files, supplies, firm-owned artwork.

– Furniture is a combination of free-standing and modular systems cubicles.

– All necessary furniture installation services are included such as: disassembly/reassembly of executive offices and modular system cubicles, conference tables, shelving, wall hung items, demount and remount of wall hung TV/Monitors, artwork and white boards.

– Packing/unpacking services included.

– Includes disconnect and reconnect services for desktop technology (PC’s, printers, etc).

– On-site, dedicated Project Manager assigned to help plan and execute the move.

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions.

– A Hybrid Move usually involves an office with a combination of private offices and cubicles.

– Move includes 30-50% of current furniture, all desktop technology, all normal office contents (desks/bookcases/credenza contents), files, supplies, standard firm-owned artwork.  

– Majority of furniture is understood to be free-standing.

– The following furniture installation services are included: detach/reattach desk “L units”, disassemble/reassemble conference tables or other large tables, disassemble/reassemble storage room shelving, remove wall-hung whiteboards, etc.

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions.

– Move includes 10% of current furniture, all desktop technology, all normal office contents (desks/bookcases/credenza contents), files, supplies, standard firm-owned artwork.

– Minimal amount of furniture moving – only select pieces.

– Minimal amount of furniture installation services included.

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions.

Move Destinations: 

    • Internal: Within the same office building.
    • External: Move to another office building within 10 miles (moves above this mileage will be subject to additional travel fees).
