A Standard Move is defined as: 

– Majority of employees in private offices vs cubicles

– Most furniture is free-standing vs workstations

– Move involves relocating the approximately 3/4 of your current furniture, equipment, art, etc.

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions

The following furniture installation services are included: detach/reattach desk “L units”, disassemble/reassemble conference tables or other large tables, disassemble/reassemble storage room shelving, remove wall-hung whiteboards, etc.

A Full Service Move is defined as:

– Majority of current furniture, workstations, equipment & art is being relocated

-Likely requires assembly/disassembly of cubicles, stations, furniture or IT equipment

– Packing/unpacking services are included

– Requires disconnect and reconnect services for desktop technology (PC’s, printers, etc).

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions.

A Hybrid Move is defines as:

– A combination of private offices and cubicles.

– Move includes about half of current furniture/workstations/equipment/art

– Majority of furniture is understood to be free-standing.

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions.

The following furniture installation services are included: detach/reattach desk “L units”, disassemble/reassemble conference tables or other large tables, disassemble/reassemble storage room shelving, remove wall-hung whiteboards, etc.

A Content Only Move is defined as:

– Relocating approximately 1/4 of current furniture/items

– Minimal amount of furniture moving – only select pieces

– Minimal amount of furniture installation services needed

– Current and new building have elevators and reasonable loading/unloading conditions.
