Mike is a graduate of the University of Maryland and enjoys boating and spending time with his family at his childhood home in Easton.

As VP and General Manager of Office Movers Express, Jim Durfee leads the company’s strategic direction while overseeing daily operations, administration, and service delivery across OMX’s commercial moving, storage, logistics, and specialized relocation services.
Jim brings more than 40 years of experience in transportation, moving, warehousing, and related services for business clients throughout the region. His background includes oversight of complex office relocations, internal moves, phased corporate transitions, furniture and equipment logistics, warehousing programs, and specialized projects for healthcare, laboratory, education, law firm, and professional services clients.
A graduate of Duke University and the Wharton School of Business, Jim combines operational experience with strong business leadership. He has served as President and Board Member of the Office Moving Alliance, past President of the Law Firm Vendors Association, and is a certified member of the International Office Moving Institute.
Under Jim’s leadership, OMX continues to expand its capabilities for clients with complex, high-stakes relocation needs, including medical, research, and institutional environments where planning, coordination, and minimal disruption are essential.

Hakeem Wilson brings nearly 20 years of commercial relocation experience to OMX’s specialized moving services, with deep expertise in managing complex, high-detail projects in active business environments. As an experienced supervisor and field leader, Hakeem plays a key role in coordinating crews, protecting client assets, maintaining move sequencing, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
His background includes office relocations, internal moves, phased transitions, furniture installations, warehousing projects, decommissioning work, and specialized moves requiring careful planning and hands-on oversight. Hakeem’s calm leadership and practical field experience make him a trusted presence on projects where timing, coordination, and attention to detail are critical.

Sam joined our team in 2017 and as our senior project manager, he approaches every move with an expert consultative approach and attention to detail.
