Office Movers Express Acquires Two Baltimore Firms

Office Movers Express (OMX) has announced the acquisition of Hoffberger Moving Services (HMS) and Re-form, significantly expanding its presence across the Baltimore–Washington corridor.

The move more than doubles OMX’s size, enhances its healthcare and laboratory relocation capabilities, and strengthens its office furniture reuse and lifecycle service offerings. HMS and Re-form will continue operating in Baltimore while benefiting from OMX’s four decades of commercial moving experience for your business.

According to OMX President Mike Miller, bringing together three companies that exclusively serve commercial customers allows the organization to meet more diversified client needs more frequently—while broadening its overall customer base. Re-form CEO Clayton Fisk noted that the partnership creates a more complete lifecycle solution for office furniture, from repurposing and refurbishment to resale, recycling, and decommissioning.

Together, the companies now offer a more comprehensive portfolio of commercial moving, storage, decommissioning, refurbishment, and resale services throughout the region.
